By accessing, downloading, purchasing, or using materials or services from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

The licence granted under these Terms is intended for use by a single individual or business entity for internal operational purposes only.

In the event of a sale, merger, or transfer of substantially all business assets, the licence may transfer to the successor entity solely for continuation of internal business operations, provided that:

• Foundtree Product Design is notified in writing by the original licensee within six (6) months of the transfer;
• the successor entity is identified;
• and the original licensee confirms that the licensed materials formed part of the transferred business assets.

Where notification was not provided within the required period, or where clarification of licence status is reasonably required, Foundtree Product Design reserves the right to refuse transfer and/or request reasonable supporting documentation confirming the transfer of ownership and assignment of operational assets associated with the licensed materials, including redacted transaction records or asset schedules where appropriate.

This licence may be revoked at any time if these Terms are violated.

4. Free Downloads and Newsletter Access

Certain resources may be offered in exchange for newsletter subscription or account registration.

By requesting or downloading gated resources, you consent to receive communications from Foundtree Product Design, including updates, announcements, educational content, and related communications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in emails.

Access to free resources does not transfer ownership or waive intellectual property protections.

5. Educational and Informational Purposes

Unless expressly stated in writing, such services do not constitute legal representation, regulatory approval, certification authority, inspection authority, government authorization, or guaranteed compliance services.

Foundtree Product Design does not guarantee:

• regulatory approval;
• audit or certification outcomes;
• acceptance by CFIA, FDA, Health Canada, certification bodies, retailers, distributors, import authorities, customers, or third-party assessors;
• uninterrupted market access;
• or ongoing compliance following review, implementation, operational changes, or regulatory changes.

Clients remain solely responsible for:

• implementation and execution activities;
• validation and verification activities;
• operational controls and monitoring;
• employee training and supervision;
• supplier approval and management;
• recordkeeping and document control;
• product safety and regulatory compliance;
• and ensuring ongoing suitability of systems, documentation, formulations, labels, specifications, and operational practices.

Technical coaching, advisory discussions, reviews, comments, templates, and recommendations are provided based on information made available at the time of review and may not account for all operational, regulatory, jurisdictional, customer-specific, importer-specific, retailer-specific, or business-specific factors.

7. No Guarantee or Warranty

All materials, downloads, templates, services, and website content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied.

Foundtree Product Design does not guarantee:
